Our factory meets C-GMP (Cosmetic Good Manufacturing Practice) standard, fully meets production needs, and has a mixing capacity of nearly 100 tons per day. To produce quality products, importing raw materials is a very important phase. At Tami Natural Home, all ingredients are delivered to the factory through strict inspection, ensuring product safety and quality. We say no to banned substances, ensure their origin and meet CGMP quality standards.
Step 1Raw materials through strict and thorough inspection will be delivered to the production, substandard materials will immediately be destroyed.
Step 2Depending on the predetermined formula, the factory staff will adjust the proportions and form the finished cosmetic substance. At this step, factory staff will proceed completely on a closed-loop production line to ensure optimal product quality.
Step 3After having cosmetics compound according to the agreed formula and process, the production workers will check the samples’ quality of semi-finished products and send them to the filling phase. After that, they were taken to the quality control room. If they meet the standard, they will be prepared for the next step, if not, they will be eliminated.
Step 4Up to this step, the product samples are almost complete after they are: inkjet stamped the batch number, manufacturing date/expiry date, canning, box labeling.
Step 5Proceeding seperate storage/ Saving files / Saving samples, wait for order to ship and distribute to the consumer market.
